Wash properly and Soak the daal overnight/6 hours. Add daal in pressure cooker and water until daal is submerged in it. Add salt and turmeric and boil it without the lid of pressure cooker, after one boil remove the scum. Now cover it with the lid of pressure cooker and cook it on a low flame till 4 – 5 whistles.

My doctor has suggested me to consume gluten-free products and while searching for it, I came across this daal. I was excited to try some pahadi product but I never thought this would be so tasty. Mujhe literally itna accha laga ye, boht acchi quality thi aur ab ye khane ke baad me normal daal kabhi prefer nahi karungi. Ab mai yahi use karungi.
